If you present the above-mentioned documents + make a deposit of USD 5’000.– in a Paraguayan bank its true that you can live indefinitively in Paraguay ?

The immigration department won’t require you once you have received your permanent residence, to open a business or invest money in a project which must be approved by the government ? and if you do not comply they can cancel your residence ?

I think open a business (import-export) but I would not that my residence depends on this business.
